This is a month to month for the first six months with option, at owners discretion, for a longer lease after those six months. Quarterly inspections will be required of the unit. Just remodeled! Many brand new updates. Use of brand new stackable washer/dryer combo unit in lanai. Security cameras on property. Again, this is for ONE person only. We are looking for a mature, CLEAN, quiet, drama free, individual who will not be in & out at all hours of the night or have guests in & out all night. We do live on property in the main house and will not tolerate constant disruptions. This unit is located just behind the main house that we live in only connected by a lanai. NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED. We have small dogs so must be pet friendly. NO of any kind inside the unit. There is 1 dedicated parking spot for the tenant. No leaking vehicles please. Tenant must be responsible & respectful of property. We will require 1st $1,200. Last $1,200. & a security deposit of $1,000 upon moving in. Total of $3,400. Must show proof of employment.
