This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets, subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. A pack n' play travel crib is available, and a high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24 hours' advanced notice. Located in San Diego, this home is just a short walk from the beach. Nearby activities include Torrey Pines State Beach, Torrey Pines State Reserve, Herringbone, Little Frenchie, and Blacks Beach. The bottom floor with 2 bedrooms has AC, and fans are provided for the rest of the home. There is a ping pong table located in the garage. Firewood is not provided. Shipping or deliveries of parcels to the property are not allowed. There is currently an ongoing remodel of the home across the street, with working hours between 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, which may cause a noise disruption. Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count, and trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. The speakers in the entertainment room are disabled. This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and is only suitable for quieter groups. Violations of this policy may result in fines up to $10,000. Parking is available for two cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway. No street parking is allowed, and low-graded vehicles may graze the driveway due to its angle. This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm-8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
