It is a very cozy home; has 3 bedrooms (used to be 4-the 2 on main floor became one-suite like), 3 bathrooms, finished basement, large deck, with a very nice back yard, with fruit trees and a vegetable garden options if anyone wishes to take advantage. It is right next to one of the best elementary schools in the state and country; also, close to the other schools for older children. The town has a swimming pool, many local parks and fields for the sports enthusiasts, including tennis, soccer, running, etc... The town has many local stores, pharmacies all around, as well as 2 train stations and express bus transportation to NYC if necessary; the Paramus and Bergen and Garden State Mall are within 2-3 miles from the house-the local bus stops there. We have had the best memories raising our children and we would hate to leave it but knowing another family might benefit from the super and grand local experience, we will agree to pass it on.
