About the house: In Butcher's Hill Neighborhood (close to fells and canton, 8 minute walk to the East Baltimore JHU Campus, 2 blocks away from Patterson Park) -In-unit laundry -Central Heat / AC -Plenty of free Street Parking -Furnished common spaces (living room, kitchen, dining room) -Rent: $1,100/month plus half of the utilities (gas/electric, water, and internet). About the other tenant: I am a 4th year PhD student at JHU in environmental health and engineering. In my free time I like to hike, swim, and paint.
