The ideal tenant is capable of handling small emergencies and will work with the owner in the management of the home. As mentioned the owner uses upstairs as a vacation home. The owner will have access to the internet and cameras that will be located in the upstairs and deck/yard only. The kitchenette is not a full kitchen and some creativity is needed. The rent period is negotiable. Preference given to a low impact renter. The house is older (1924) and the owner is doing some basic work on the house during periodic trips.
