I have owned this home for four years now, and have updated it a lot! ill start with the outside.. steel siding. New skirting. huge shed with loft power even a fan. I love my house. however its time for me to move on to a new chapter of my life and build another nice home. located in the only nice trailer court harbor west. it has a pool nice playground. I have amazing neighbors on all sides. its quite peaceful friendly your going to love it here. lot rent for new leases is 800 i believe now. no buy here pay here I'm not a bank. no rent to own or any of that nonsense. I own it out right title in hand. you must be approved by the trailer park to live here and pass the background check. oh and must love squirrels.. ive been feeding 3 generations of them so they are dependent must feed and water for them..
