I have owned this home for four years now, and have updated it a lot! I'll start with the outside.. steel siding. New skirting. huge shed with loft, power, even a fan. I have the only fenced in yard allowed in the park (grand fathered in). two huge mature trees give awesome shade. large decks one covered. one of the larger lots in the park. double carport that's mostly enclosed, with power. 220v ev charging plug, or plug in a welder if needed. blink floodlight security cameras everywhere. window tint on south and west windows. roof was replaced in 2018. nice landscaping. rain chain gutter down spout. brand new ac unit last year its oversized and a higher sear rating than the min requirement, lowering your power bill. The back deck has a stock tank pool with hot tub heater. 4' circle fits two adults. both decks have stairs on two sides. Moving inside: door with built in blinds nice outside light.. all the lighting inside is new led low power use. all switches and most outlets were changed out to new paddle style. etched glass wall. drop down living room with wood burning fireplace. new paint throw-out. oh and this trailer has 6 inch thick walls not 2x4 or 2x3 like newer mobile homes. with thicker insolation. huge bay window in front my dog loves that. new ceiling fans. oh and it has a solar attic fan to help keep it cool in the summer also. new a/c A coil and condenser. furnace was went threw when installed last year. there is a warranty on the ac stuff also. grab handles by stairs. mohawk carpet with stain guard. new lvl snap tight life proof flooring (not the cheep stuff either) in kitchen bath and bedroom. under counter and cabinet lighting pick your color with remote... Fridge, dishwasher, range, included. Tile backsplash. new cabinet hardware. The living room and kitchen are huge.. The smaller bedroom I use as an office or kids room. new door handles throw-out. bathroom door is a barn door. has closet hidden behind it, there is a pantry/closet in the hall also. bath room has new custom sink and a faucet that's more expensive than my first car. newer toilet. walk in shower pipe shelving. also a closet and entry to main bedroom. nice rainfall shower head. main bedroom is also large has open closet with again not cheep shelving. I have expensive tastes and it shows. this is a nice home. its older but you would not know it. I believe its a 1980. It was the flagship top of the line home then I have some of the original paperwork. it won an award in 1992 for something. Id still say it rivals these newer homes in quality craftsmanship. I love my house. however its time for me to move on to a new chapter of my life and build another nice home. located in the only nice modular home community Harbor West. We have a pool, nice playground. I have amazing neighbors on all sides. its quite peaceful friendly your going to love it here. lot rent for new leases is 800 I believe now. no buy here pay here I'm not a bank. no rent to own or any of that nonsense. please acquire your own financing.
I own it out right title in hand. you must be approved by the trailer park to live here and pass the background check. there is a 25.00 application fee from the park.. oh and must love squirrels.. I've been feeding three generations of them so they are dependent, you must feed and water for them especially in the winter and spring. they will come to the porch and look in the window and sometimes take food from your hand. please Text me prior to calling, I don't always answer due to the spam calls, or I sometimes don't hear my phone, I am slightly deaf.
