The main level has a beautiful kitchen with large island and gas appliances. You have access to the entire property as we do not live on site, but we do live locally in case any issues arise. This home is fully furnished with queen beds in three of the rooms, two twin beds in one room and one double in one room. Utilities and internet are not included. Renter is responsible for all utilities and any other services (garbage pickup is included). Renter is also responsible for cutting the grass in the summer and snow removal of the driveway and sidewalk during the winter. No smoking is allowed and the renter is liable for any damages including pet damage. Cleaning up after your pets is required. Minimum lease is 6 months and maximum is negotiable. Renter is also required to maintain renter's insurance with $100,000 liability minimum without pets and $300,000 with pets. A move-in and move-out inspection will be performed and signed off by the renter. After the lease terms are met, the tenant will go on a month to month rate and will be prorated upon termination.
