What the owner loves about this home
We have loved the outdoor spaces including sitting on the front porch swing watching the children play on the quiet cul-de-sac developing relationships with the neighbors and yet being able to escape to the secluded private play area of backyard pool and perennial garden with wide open spaces behind. Inside the open floor plan of kitchen, dining and family room provides a great gathering space, yet the living room allows separation for other activities. The main floor primary with stairs to the second floor right outside the suite, you never feel like you are necessarily on different floors but you get the benefits. It can be hard to appreciate the custom features of this home and the smaller town living until you no longer have them.
