Our family is living in Colombia, and we would like to offer our lovely, large furnished house starting on September 1, 2020, for a 4-month lease (September, October, November, December 2020). You can comfortably sleep up to 6 people in our large (2400 sq ft) house with 4.5BR/2.5 BA. The layout is an open floor plan with a full view of the living room, dining area and kitchen from the entrance with plenty of natural light. We have a huge wrap-around backyard on a hill overlooking the beautiful Salinas valley. On the first floor there is the there is the master bedroom with king bed, wall tv, walk-in closet and adjacent office studio. Nearby is the second bedroom with two twin beds and walk-in closet. Also nearby is a large laundry room with washer and dryer and plenty of storage. Upstairs there is a full bathroom and two 12x10 bedrooms with queen beds. Our neighborhood is pretty and quiet with all our neighbors being friendly professors at the local university. We are located next to the Fort Ord National Monument (14 sq miles of beautiful forest and trails), 2 miles from Cal State Monterey Bay (CSUMB), 5 minutes to the beaches at Dunes State Park, 20 minutes to Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row, 45 min to Big Sur, 35 min to Santa Cruz.
