The nearest intersection is N Noble St & W Grand Ave. There is no smoking of any kind in the unit, and there will be an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. USPS mail deliveries are not allowed during your stay. The city of Chicago's short-term rental ordinance prohibits any type of large social gatherings in the space. Guests in violation of this ordinance will face fines of $3,000 per event and $500 per attendee.
