The house features hardwood floors throughout most of the house and tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. The home also features a large wrap-around deck that offers the opportunity for outdoor dining (outdoor dining furniture and BBQ grill included)! The backyard, although small, is quiet and semi-private. Lastly, the driveway is large enough for four vehicles to be parked off the street. The house comes fully furnished and is move-in ready! Everything that may be needed for your stay is provided, with the exception of bedding and towels. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishware, glassware, and utensils. There are also window air conditioning units that can be installed throughout the house when the warmer temperatures return. Saratoga Springs is a gorgeous and fantastic place to live!
