Head down the elevator and you'll find a the pools/ jacuzzis/ lazy river both indoor and outdoor for your enjoyment. There is also a delicious Italian ice cart on the pool deck available for cash purchase. The beach awaits you where umbrellas and chairs are available for rent. Some other available onsite amenities are coin operated laundry room, arcade and gift shop all located on the lobby floor.. and a fitness center with sauna. Snow Birds Paradise. This is a three (3) month rental only. The lease has a monthly Rent of $1600 per month + $125 cleaning fee including taxes. Direct Oceanfront views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean will take your breath away. The beach is just steps away. Our Vacation rental is available for a Winter Snow Bird Rental ONLY starting December 1, 2024 to March 1, 2025. All utilities and wifi is included in the monthly rent. Laundry facility is located on the ground floor of the building. Due to current guests, this property is NOT available for showing. Please see all pictures in the listing. This property is available for a SNOW BIRD rental only from December 1, 2025 to March 1, 2026. The monthly rent is $1300 per month with a $1300 security deposit. There will be a lease that needs to be signed along with a $125 cleaning fee.
