The large kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas are available for your convenience. A free washer and dryer are also provided for your use. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of stay, invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice to arrange this amenity. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that offers a delightful atmosphere with its many golf courses. While many residents are full-time, the area is perfect for leisurely strolls and exploration. Nearby, you'll find a variety of restaurants, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks, ensuring endless entertainment options. Self check-in and check-out are available for your convenience. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Please note that there is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside or outside the property. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Up to two cars may park side by side in the driveway, and shoes should be wiped at the door. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, and guests are expected to follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Violations of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring a seamless connection for any remote work needs you may have during your stay.
