This 399 sq. foot tiny-house is manufactured by Platinum Cottages and is part of their Majestic Series. The house features laminate countertops, hickory stain cabinets, a composite deck front porch, and utilizes PEX pipe in the plumbing. It comes with full sized appliances including a refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, and kitchen sink. It has hook-ups for a washer/dryer. The heating and cooling system utilizes a Gree Mini Split that has a wall unit in both the living room/kitchen area and in the bedroom. The bedroom drawers are deep and spacious, measuring 17 1/4 in.L X 23 1/2 in.W X 8 1/2 in.H. The divided closets total 6 feet of closet space. The bathroom features a shower with spacious countertops and storage space. The house currently resides at Trinity Bay RV Park in Anahuac, Texas, but is able to be moved. Rent for the RV lot is dependent on the landlord if the house is left at this location. I will cover the moving fee for up to 100 miles from the current location, or will cover the cost of the first 100 miles if moved further. The windows have all been fitted with latches and have fitted boards so it is hurricane ready. The house can be placed on private land or can fully function in an RV park with a 240 volt hook-up. It is versatile little house that can be used as a mother-in-law house, camp house, or is perfect for a single individual. The house has never had an indoor pet or indoor smoking.
