This home is located on a culdesac. It has many unique design features that separate it from the usual Spartan rentals. It has a 36 inch stainless professional stove with a barbeque. All other appliances are also stainless. The kitchen counter tops are all black galaxy granite . There are ample cabinets . This kitchen is great for entertaining with an area for serving appetizers or meals. There is a room that is ideal for a theater video and sound system and comfortably seats 6 plus viewers. The master bedroom looks out an 8 foot Palla double plane slider from which you see your covered patio and pond with fish and waterfall. It is lovely to wake up and see the green. The bathrooms feature Asian influence designs. The yard has many interesting plants. It is recuperating from previous tenants failure to water. It will be better soon. The pictures I've posted show the home with current tenants decor. When they move I'll post new photos. There are a number of schools nearby and some are in walking distance. We lived in this home for ten years and love it. So will you. The thing we miss most is the ocean air that has the rich smell of the sea. Owner pays for trash and Gardener
