Next to the kitchen is the laundry utility room with a stacking washer dryer. The furnace and recently installed (2 years ago) air conditioning system which is located in the crawl space along with the water pressure systems. The cabin has 3 good size bedrooms, a large living room complete with a Natural Gas fireplace, plus a bonus Family room was added where there is lots of windows to enjoy the water views, or cozy up to the wood stove to take off the winter chills after a day of ice fishing. The wrap around deck has 2 tiers of decks with 1 under the overhead roof (which was all shingled in 2023) and is directly off the firepit area. The front lawn has underground sprinklers to ensure a lush lawn, which then leads to the sand beach for lots of fun in the water.
