The second floor of the main home offers four thoughtfully curated bedrooms: Bedroom #2: A serene secondary master suite with a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, 42" smart TV, desk, and tasteful furnishings. Bedroom #3: A cozy queen bedroom with a 37" smart TV and elegant decor. Bedroom #4: A twin-over-full bunk bed setup with a 32" smart TV, perfect for the kids. Bedroom #5: A spacious room featuring four twin beds (two with trundles), a sectional couch and a 55" smart TV making it ideal for families. In the guest house, enjoy a tranquil bedroom with a king-size bed and chic furnishings, perfect for extended family or friends seeking extra privacy. Private Chef In-home Massage Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities, except the garage, which is locked for the property owner's personal storage. Each bedroom includes a dresser and a spacious closet for guest use. There is parking in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles. In the main house there are heat pumps for AC in the master bedroom and in bedroom #2. There are window AC units in bedrooms #3, #4 and #5. There is a ceiling unit AC in the kitchen to keep the main living area cool. The guest house has a heat pump for AC in the living room as well as the bedroom. You'll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home. 2 dog maximum, $200 pet fee applied to reservation. - We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here. - After you book, you'll receive a message with a link to the Rental Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home. - Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking. - Our properties are always cleaned and turned over by highly rated, professional housekeeping companies. DOG GUIDELINES: - By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. - No dogs left home alone unless crated. - 2 dog maximum, $200 pet fee per stay applied to reservation. Refundable deposit of $5,000 Cleaning fee of $500 Non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 A utilities allowance of $500/month is included, excess is paid by the tenant. Move in ready. All appliances and furniture is included. Renters insurance required. Notice to vacate agreement applies including month-to-month extensions.
