The neighborhood is older, but it's very quiet. The lot is very flat, and has a fire pit, and room to build a 2-3 car garage, with over 0.4 acres. I also love how cool the house can be on the first floor even without air conditioning on. I love the 1st floor laundry and powder room extra large living room and dining room, that and a full EIN kitchen really makes the 1st floor the place the family lives. We were able to quickly BBQ and use the rear deck for cozy and calm summer nights.
