This 2nd story condo does not have elevator access, only stairways. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-ins, late check-outs, early parking, or luggage drop-offs are not available. The property is for vacation rental only, and parties are prohibited. Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve during Spring Break. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed, and bringing one will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund. Smoking is not permitted in the condo or on the balcony, and a full security deposit will be enforced for odor removal. Parking is restricted to the designated space in front of the unit, and towing fees apply for violations. Air conditioning should not be set below 70 degrees, and doors should not be left open to prevent freezing the unit.
