Cleaning Fee Policy
A one-time cleaning fee is charged for each stay. This fee is applied solely to cover the cost of standard turnover services after checkout, which include professional cleaning, laundering of linens, and sanitization of the property. This cleaning fee does not cover damages, missing or broken items, or excessive messes left behind. Guests/tenants will be held financially responsible for any such costs in addition to the standard cleaning fee.
This is a non smoking, no pets rental. This is fully furnished rental. Can lease for up to 12 months. Tenants will complete an application process which includes a background check. The lease will include all parties living in the house(by name). Any additional occupants will need to be approved and may incur additional cost per month.
The landlord will cover up to $200 on SDGE per month for short term rentals( 3 months or less), anything above that will be the responsibility of the leasee and payable monthly with the rent. For 3+ month lease terms, you will receive a copy of the SDGE(monthly) and water(bimnthly) bills for payment. All other utilities will be paid by the landlord.
