Dear Potential Buyer,
We just wanted you to know that we are only selling our home of 13 years because we are looking to the future. We want to stay in Osage City and feel that down the road one or both of us may become handicapped, and that is the main reason we are building a handicapped accessible home just a couple of blocks away.
We love this home, it is the perfect size set in a neighborhood where we feel like a family, where we take care of each other. Our “U” street is less traveled which gives us a more secured feel. Our large lot and big open field behind gives a more rural feel. The shop is a handy person’s dream with a large amount of space and cabinets. We attached a 290 gallon rain barrel to the back to catch rain water to water the thornless blackberries, apple tree, flowers and garden.
