Description: Madison Lofts is right in the Arts district, walking distance to Quincy Street (Indeed Brewery, Centro restaurant) and Logan Park. Unit 403 is on the top (4th) floor. The primary bedroom is quite large (easily fits king size bed) with a large ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet. The guest bedroom is larger (fits a queen bed, desk, couch) and has a similarly large walk in closet - it could also be an office or den. Guest bathroom is in the hallway. The main room has floor to ceiling windows that face south, so there is natural light all day, all year long. In the winter, the sunlight warms the room and I rarely need to turn on the heat during the day. The kitchen has an island with bar seating, great for chatting or hosting while cooking. There are granite countertops, a gas stove, and modern appliances. The gas fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room area. The space is large enough to have multiple layouts depending on your priorities. This unit is great for a solo person or a couple. There is space for 1 person to comfortably work from home (or 2 if the guest bedroom doubled as an office). The occupancy limit is 2 adults and 1 child. Timing: Ideal move in is early November 2024 with an 18 month lease through May 31, 2025. However, I am open to conversations on the move in date and length of the lease (minimum of 12 months). Pets: Cats and dogs allowed (up to 2) with owners approval and must adhere to building HOA rules. Pet deposit of 50% of 1 month's rent, fully refundable at move out. Community: The building is quite friendly with an active Home Owners Association. There are planned events and often impromptu gatherings in the front patio or lobby area. If you email the building for a cup of sugar, you will have multiple responses within the hour! For context: I lived here for 4 years and have loved it! For family reasons, I am moving to St Paul and do not plan to move back in, so I am looking for a long term renter(s). Application Process: Please "Request a Tour" if you are interested and I will get back to you within 1 day. If you are interested after the tour and we align on a timeline, then I will ask for an application fee of $40 via electronic transfer (venmo / zelle). The application fee is the final step and it is only to cover the cost of the background check and credit check. I will also ask for a copy of all tenets drivers licenses and income verification (to confirm that monthly income is 3x monthly rent).
