This is a fun, friendly community. They offer a huge fenced in pool, bocce, horse shoes, activities such as bingo, card games pool tables, darts, dances, and holiday parties. This home does have some hurricane damage, but it is livable until it can be fixed up. The Park is requiring a carport to be re-installed by the owner within 6-12 months. Only 1/4 of the roof needs repair, but I am having the entire roof put on in January. Some siding scratched minor repair, it was recently painted last year. Guest bathroom needs a new ceiling, and half of living room ceiling on one side., please see pics. The wetness was cut out immediately by me after the hurricane so there is no mold. Floors did not get wet. I lost the recently renovated linai and carport, but the linai area is still a nice sitting area with 2-car parking. Large fresh cut grassy side yard, driveway patio area, and back patio area to sit and enjoy the sunsets. Current lot rent is 610.00 a month includes water, sewer and trash pickup. It will be going up to 650.00 in March. This lot rent is the cheapest around in a great friendly, safe, park. Everyone takes good care of their property and looks out for each other.
