This house was owned by the sellers for nine years and was used by their two older daughters first and later their younger daughter and her husband. There is laminate flooring on the main floor kitchen and living areas, and the carpet in the bedrooms and family room are in great shape. The wooden fence on the north belongs to the neighbor and is being repaired. The UGS system has not been used by the sellers for years.
