hi. this was my mom's florida home that was recently given to me. we'll be going down to either sell it or fix it up and either sell it or keep it. so we are listing now AS-IS because we are entertaining selling it right away. there has been an addition to the house, including a laundry room, and 'den/screen room' that leads out to the wrap-around porch. there is some work that needs to be done, including putting a new floor in, but the foundational baseboards seem in good shape.
