The sleek, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy a morning coffee or evening relaxation on your private balcony, or gather on the rooftop patio for a unique city experience. The huge living room features a large couch and two leather loveseats in front of a fireplace, a dining table with chairs in front of a second fireplace, and a wet bar area with high stools. The apartment also includes three modern fireplaces, dark hardwood floors throughout, modern bathrooms with tiles and bathtubs, air-conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Only street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine.
