Outside the basement is a hot tub and a firepit to set around and roasted marshmallow. The guest cottage has a bathroom and open space to sleep in. Currently a vacation rental with Yellow Rose it is called (Bear Crawl Inn) Comes fully furnished. Has a nice front porch for sitting on and listening to the birds sing.
