    What's special

Oversized first floor bathWalk-in showerBeautiful hickory wood floorsTwo new windowsCustom blinds
Located in a wooded and very private setting, the location helps to make it one of the very best. Improvements and enhancements include nature inspired tile in the entry that continues into the oversized first floor bath compete with a *walk-in shower. Beautiful hickory wood floors cover the remainder of the first floor. A large built in pantry and custom blinds complete the convenience and look of the main floor. The current owner added **two new windows and replaced one window so they all open to let in the breeze on those beautiful Michigan days. Even the garage has been improved by adding storage for up to ***four kayaks or easily convert to large shelves. Also, the garage has a loft with pull down ladder for even more storage. All this and we can still parked our 2023 Subaru Outback in the garage. Unit includes existing security system if interested. It was installed as a precaution because sellers were gone much of the year. Note that interior of unit is vacant. *walk in shower was built when emergency back surgery made owner unable unable to climb stairs even with assistance. This shower and a hospital bed make it possible to stay in the home should something totally unexpected happen. Mine started with a dog bite from a ten pound dog. That was very, very unexpected. **Original units have only one stationary window ***kayak racks will be removed at sellers expense post closing if buyer so desires.
What the owner loves about this home
I love this property so much! I’ve always appreciated living so close to town while being surrounded by nature. It took me years to save the money for all the improvements but everything I’ve done has been so worth it. Great neighbors, great walking paths, Coast Guard Park, the dog park close by and North Shore Beach are just a few of the many reasons to love it here. I never planned to sell but moving closer to my 3 and 4 year old grandsons became my priority.
