Prior to submitting an application, please be prepared to pay $60.00 per application effective December 2024, if you wish to proceed. The application fee is non-refundable once the application screening process has been started. However, you may transfer your application to an additional property within 30 days of submittal if you pass our screening guidelines and the property initially applied for is no longer available.

For applicants who use 1099 or business income, verifiable sources for personal income will be used for calculation purposes, not on the gross business income. Examples of verifiable income for 1099 or business income included, but not limited to, returns signed by professional tax preparer; electronic receipt of return by tax authorities, etc.
