Rent is $1,080/month with a $1,080 security deposit. First month's rent and deposit are required before move in. A holding deposit of $38.50/day is optional but non refundable if you decide not to move in. UTILITIES (shared equally per person unless otherwise discussed): - Power (SoCal Edison): approx. $74/person winter, $245/person summer - Gas (SoCal Gas): approx. $26/person - Internet (Fiber): approx. $20/person - Water/Trash: approx. $54/person Past bills vary depending on AC/heating usage. Electricity monitors are installed for transparency. Tenants have up to two weeks to pay their portion of utilities (Zelle or cash with receipt). MOVE IN COST EXAMPLE: - $1,080 first month's rent - $1,080 deposit - Approx. $174 utilities Total first month estimate: ~$2,334. Monthly average after that: ~$1,254. Tenants responsible for quarterly pest control treatment (spraying the interior and exterior). No leaking vehicles in the driveway. Only personal storage and vehicles allowed. Tenant responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the property as it was when rented. Tenants are jointly and individually responsible for all standards in the lease dependent on the topic. Tenants are expected to keep a generally clean and sanitary condition of the property. This doesn't mean there can never be a little mess.
