This turnkey MONTHLY, FURNISHED short term apartment includes: - Generous historic bedrooms each with closets, high ceilings, queen-sized beds, blackout curtains (for those working night shifts), dressers, sheets, pillows and blankets. - PETS are allowed for a $150 fee, $30 monthly. Rent Payment, Deposits & Fees: 1 Month's Rent Damage Deposit upon acceptance of lease. $150 cleaning fee held to be used at the end of the tenancy. $150.00 non-refundable pet deposit if a pet is accepted, then monthly fee for pets. Rent is paid monthly (first 4 weeks) then the number of weeks after having met the monthly minimum, directly deposited (account provided upon acceptance of lease). For example, if you were staying 6 weeks you would first pay for the month, then for the final two weeks vs. two months.
