    What's special

1300sqf house for renting for $1200pm Unfurnished This posting is for a 1300sqf 3 bed 1.5 bath in a nice subdivision of 2 acre lots, it's 10 minutes from Bluefield VA. You approach the property going uphill, the primary parking is going to be on your right. you will access the house by a walkway to a small porch. If you turn to your right and walk you'll see one of your neighbor's houses fairly close, if you continue walking you will see stairs on your left that access the sunroom and a sliding glass door, be careful not to trip over the corrugated pipe that moves water away from the house. if you continue around the house there will be a relatively Steep Hill so watch your step, if you look to your right you'll see a really nice Mountain View. You walk into the backyard one of the first things you'll see is a good-sized maple tree and some pine trees. The yard isn't level enough to play a Fair game of soccer but enough to kick the ball around and maybe play catch with a baseball. if you continue walking with the house on your left-hand side you will see the HVAC unit next to The chimney and 2 PVC pipes sticking out of the ground, this is to mark the lids for the septic tanks, please do not remove them. by this time you will see a small garage door, this door is a little misleading as it cannot be used as a garage. When the house was being built I'm assuming the plumber placed pieces of the septic system right in that level area, so driving a car is not possible. a motorcycle and lawn mowers are okay but cars are prohibitive. you will also notice more corrugated pipes to move water away from the house. if you continue walking right you'll see a two-car detached garage and a bunch of pine stumps this neighbor is quite nice but hard of hearing. if you look up and to the right past the two-car garage there will be a cul-de-sac of sorts at the end of that cul-de-sac the neighbor does not live there year-round so traffic on this particular street is very low. by now you will be at the front of the house so let's go inside. as you walk inside you'll see a good size living room with a living room window if you pay attention in the mornings there is a robin that likes to pick at the window, sometimes sounds like knocking, I answered the door to nobody one too many times. If you walk through the living room you'll continue into the kitchen you'll see a built-in microwave with a stove and painted cabinets with new countertops and tile backsplash. if you look to your right you will see a doorway that leads into the sunroom the sunroom Overlooks the mountains and has a spectacular View The room has a couple of well-placed electrical outlets that would make it great for a home office. if you turn back around and walk through the kitchen you'll see a dining room area, there's a little cabinet on the wall next to the window this is a circuit breaker box. if you continue down the hallway on your left with the first bedroom this looks out onto the Front Street. the next door on your right will be the main bathroom. As you enter the lights will automatically turn on due to a sensor. there will be a Stand-alone sink directly to your right and a custom mirror. The bathroom also has a small window that looks out to the backyard, the tub, and shower on your left. The trim around the tub and shower is PVC trim so the likelihood that any water damage over time will be reduced. if you continue down the hallway there will be an accordion door, this houses your water heater and HVAC system also attic access. there's not much of an addict it is primarily used to house the HVAC vents. in my opinion, this is very good as any amount of moisture will be quickly evaporated as addicts get extremely hot with a two-year-old metal roof. Continue down the hallway on your right will be laundry hookups in a small Alcove adequate for a side-by-side. on your right, there will be the master bedroom. this bedroom has two windows one facing the street and one facing the windowless garage of the neighbor. if you walk into the room and turn to your left there will be two full-length mirrors as doors to the small closet, in my opinion, a wardrobe will be warranted in this room. after taking a good look at yourself look to your right and you'll see another door, in that room is a half bath only accessible from the master bedroom, it's got a sink and a toilet, pretty basic. If you walk out of the master bedroom on your left will be the last bedroom. it also has two windows one facing the garage with no windows and the backyard, personally, this is my favorite room as it gets pretty good light in the mornings and has a little bit more privacy. so that the upstairs if you walk back through the hallway into the dining room past the kitchen almost to the sunroom you'll see a door on your left this is the basement if you open the door you'll see two light switches be sure to turn those on as those are the lights. watch your step as the stairs are a little uneven. when you get down the stairs you'll see a fairly open space on your left you'll see some old paint cans to use as a reference if a wall gets scuffed and the pressure tank for the well and you'll also see a fan and weird brown box thing this is a dehumidifier it is placed in the middle of the room as that's where the drain is please do not move it this house does not have any water issues but it is a basement and this is they're to be proactive about moisture control. This is an unfinished basement some of it has drywall And some of it does not but as a whole, it is primarily meant for sealed storage and maybe a wood stove as it has a chimney. if you continue walking through the basement you'll see a door with a cut out this cut-out was meant for a washer and dryer but is not recommended as drainage is not adequate for most washers. if you continue through the door you'll come to the knot garage good for a workspace 4 lawn tools maybe a motorcycle. and that is pretty much it, if you don't have a good idea of what the house looks like or feels like I don't think I can help you haha I'm looking for a professional to rent this house and to make it their home. The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, very close to Route 460 so the commute won't take long, it's a convenient drive to Bluefield or Tazewell VA. Features Include Air Conditioning, 100mbps internet, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, and stove. Pets are allowed with stipulations All transactions will be done online, you can pay with your credit card or your bank account doesn't matter. there will be a $40 background/credit check (by TransUnion smartmove) So as long as you're not a crazy Criminal . If you pass the background check you can sign the lease and move in. I'm not looking for anyone that is in an extreme Rush or in a situation that requires more than average understanding. I do not want or need drama in this house as I'm trying to make it a safe and consistent environment If you are interested in more information or would like more pictures of the house/room, please reach out. I will respond as soon as I can I only get on f b once a day so please use the contact information I'm providing t-x-t 5-4-0 thr ee16 08-9three The lease is a standard Virginia lease any changes stipulations or revisions need to be discussed prior to the signing of the lease I do not allow smoking in the property Or any dangerous dogs or any illicit drugs, day-to-day maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant The house is on well and septic and has high speed internet access rent is $1200 month due on the first.
