    Ocean access! This quiet 4 acre community only has 30 condos and is surrounded 360 degrees by hundreds of acres of preserve land. It's like living in the woods with nature surrounding you every day. Thru the back gate there is access to nature trails where you can hike through the woods. The trails eventually lead to Lyngate Park where there is a dog park, tennis courts, batting cages and baseball fields. This the only condo of the 30 units here that has a waterfront view plus pool views. There are only 6 "end units" here, and they rarely come up for sale as they have more sq. ft. of living space, more screened-in outdoor space (469 sq. ft.), super high ceilings with trapezoid accent windows, and a loft with a walk-in attic for extra storage.
