Notes from the seller: In 2020 I started my research in getting the best company for hurricane windows. I visited several neighbors apartments to inspect and have their input . I especially liked and heard good reviews about Hanes's windows. They are located right here in Hallandale Beach and they installed my windows in all rooms. The windows were marked according to location . East exposure required stronger velocity windows compared to southern exposure . All tags on the new windows remained intact until every window was inspected by town of Hallandale Beach . I have a thick booklet on every window that was installed and was told this booklet remains with the condo and any new owners .
For the last few years , we've had WIFi with Fishion ! ( Fiber optics by HOTWIRE ) . It's the best we've ever had . I no longer have to call the Company bc of poor service . This feature is covered under our HOA monthly charge . Another monthly charge covered by HOA fees is laundry. We have cards with cash on them for the washer and dryer . New machines and they work exceptionally well. My corner unit is located on the fourth floor facing south and East . Corner rooms are especially spacious two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, master bathroom has jacuzzi tub and shower. Also nice storage in this room with a floor to ceiling cabinet. Next to this master bathroom is a California closet. Plenty of space for everyone's clothing. There's a shoe rack from the floor to the ceiling. Dresser drawers about 10 , areas for suits, dresses. All clothing. And also general storage . You'll never want for additional space having this California closet.

Kitchen has more cabinets than you can use. I'm leaving behind Furniture and most essentials in any condo. My dining room table favorite of mine made in Italy.( , calligarus , known for contemporary furniture, solid walnut ). There's a leaf within the dining room table that extends the size to 90 inches. Also another favorite piece of furniture is in my second bedroom. ( Calligarus leather sofa bed opens, closes so easily and very comfortable.) My parking spot right inside the north gate 1st spot , Being it's the first spot by the inside gate the size is almost double . I especially like the solid concrete Wall on 2 sides of my car. It's the SAFE HAVEN and great protection for my car during the hurricanes ( if you prefer there are other temporary parking spots inside garage as snow birds go north! Also we can buy discounted valet tickets for family members , friends etc.
