Hegerosa Pines offers a quiet getaway in Wisconsin within 10 miles of local conveniences, restaurants, pubs and within 30 miles of Wisconsin Dells. Guided Spring turkey and Fall deer hunting packages available. Short term rental available: weekly or monthly. Monthly rentals will incur utility fees. Owner reserves the right to conduct weekly indoor/outdoor buildings and grounds maintenance. This includes inspection of water pump, air conditioning, furnace and sprinkler system. Trash bags to be placed in receptacle by garage service door and will be taken at weekly maintenance visit. Renters with horses will provide paddock (in designated area), feed and maintain manure cleanup. Spring turkey and Fall deer hunting packages available for a fee in addition to the cabin rental. Property owner will guide the hunt with owner also occupying cabin/property (master bedroom). No smoking on premises. No parking on lawn. ATV's and snowmobiles must remain on trails. Tenant responsible for keeping property in a clean and orderly manner. End of rental cleaning service is mandatory and charged at minimum of $150.00.
