    Horse property! Here is a property that is completely useable. There are three pastures; all fenced and cross fenced with gates leading into each one. All three pastures are accessible to a spring fed pond. In the spring of 2013 the three pastures produced 1200 square bales of hay; the barn holds 300 of those bales. The land was surveyed in January of 2012, and the back fence is new, defining that survey line. The pastures have been fertilized twice since that date, and limed once. The previous home burned down, so there is some concrete remaining: foundation, porch, sidewalk, and parking. There is also a circle driveway. A little more clean up and this site is ready to go.
