Updated large downstairs apartment ready for you to move in by September 1st! The kitchen cabinets will be completely refinished, the countertops will be new, the sink, stove, dishwasher, and fridge were all recently replaced and look great; it has new paint, carpet, and blinds throughout; and it has a nice sized backyard for entertaining and barbecuing! Location-wise, we are on the end of a dead-end street so there isn't any through traffic and we back up to a business building that allows us to use their parking lot after hours and on weekends. Also note that we offer something better than a "1 bath apartment" (albeit there is still only one commode). Our flat-level apartments offer a unique "split-bath" design that allows you to lock off the shower-side of your bathroom from the commode side so that you can keep the commode accessible to others while you're in the shower (or vice versa). This means there are two separate sinks--one on each side--which enables two people to simultaneously get things done and in front a mirror when needed. So not quite a 1-and-a-half or 2-bath setup but much better than your standard 1-bath apartment. Come check it out for yourself! =) We are offering this apartment on a 1-year lease that will roll over to a month-to-month contract thereafter. There is one covered parking space (close by) that is included with this apartment and there is additional guest parking on the street for your visitors. And in case you are a cat lover, we do welcome cats in our complex but they are not allowed outside your apartment; one cat would require an additional $250 security deposit or a total of $300 extra for two cats. We also want to be clear so that we don't waste your time or take applications fees from you unless you are confident that you are fully qualified to rent our property. Please know that every adult renter (18 and over) *must* complete, sign, and submit an application along with a $25 application fee. And to be approved, each adult renter must have a 700 or higher credit score to go along with your verifiable combined income that totals at least three times the rent ($6,750/month). Other application considerations can also impact your approval and/or the amount of the security deposit, such as rental history and references, employment history, and time with your current company.
