New roof July 2022 and new A/C unit installed in December 2022. The main living and dining area are open with vaulted ceilings and designer lighting. Two car garage that is large enough to fit two cars with no problem. Street parking is also not an issue. House has never flooded and is not in a flood zone. Pets are on a case by case basis minimum $500 pet deposit per pet, non refundable. Monthly inspections are also done on the property inside and out. Property won't last long. House will be available after December 6, my current Renter has paid for me to not show it until she moves out on December 6. She said it will be clean so you could possibly move in on the seventh but I would prefer December 15th, must have a credit score of 650 or higher and no evictions. If you do not have a credit score of 650 or higher, please do not apply. Stable secure job history. Must pass background check. Rent must be paid via Venmo or direct deposit to my checking account on the first of each month. No checks in the mail. Can do a short term lease anywhere from 3-4 months for $2295.00 Very large yard which you are responsible for mowing and upkeep. HOA is very strict about lawn upkeep. I'm a dog lover myself. I'm not opposed to large dogs as long as they don't destroy the interior of the house so it's on a case by case basis. But the house does have a very large backyard which is perfect for dogs. If you don't pay rent on time or a big complainer, we would not be a good match. I would just like a nice honest renter that pays rent on time and takes care of the place. First lease will be a six month lease If rent is paid on time every month then extend it to another 6 to 12 months would love to find a long-term renter that is stable and pays rent on time. If you pay your rent on time the first year we can do a two or three year lease or whatever you would like with no increase in rent as long as there's not a major increase in property tax or insurance.
