Flat screen mounted on the wall with a ROKU (however WIFI is not guaranteed at all times). Excersize bike and amenities to cook. Currently the room does not have the bed nor desk in place these are optional. You would just let me know if you need them installed. An indoor, caged pet may be considered. No cats/dogs due to the chickens lives, chickens lives matter - LOL MONTH TO MONTH RENTAL Includes private guest house use, entry/exit ways to guest house, guest house patio, and public street parking. Additionally inside the guest house the following are included in the monthly rate; water, PG&E, electricity, air conditioning, wall heater, and garbage included. No onsite automobile servicing, cleaning, and/or laundry service.
