Pets, smoking, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated.
