Very large duplex in revitalizing neighborhood.
We purchased this duplex with the intention of fully rehabbing and turning it into a higher end rental (2 units).
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we'd like to sell it.
Our other rentals (including same street) rent for over $1/sq ft, and with our rehab plan, expected to get approximately $1300-$1350/mo (we are getting $1600-$1850/mo for 3 houses that are 1418 - 1728 sq ft).

- smart thermostats added to both units
- all new double paned storm windows (there are lots of windows!)
- almost all walls either replaced or repaired and/or skim coated (2nd floor wall above fireplace and 2 floor dining room ceiling need work)

- doors and trim removed, stripped and sanded
