Dogs are welcome with specific rules: up to two dogs under 50lbs are allowed, they must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after their dogs using the provided dog bag station. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should not be left unattended. They need to be crated if left alone in the house. Failure to follow these rules may incur an additional fee. There is an additional $400 fee for guests wanting to book the property for filming and photography, with a location agreement required prior to the shoot date. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged and cannot be requested on the day before or the day of arrival. Non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.
