No notice is required in case of emergency. 10. Move-Out At the end of the lease, the tenant must: Remove all personal belongings Clean the apartment Return all keys Provide a forwarding address Deposit deductions may apply for damage, unpaid rent, unreturned keys, or if the unit is left unclean.
