Hello, I am looking for 1-2 organized roommates (female preferred, no kids) to share a beautiful home with me in Wilmington area with sunny kitchen, finished basement, big backyard, and cozy atmosphere. If we find a third person, price will be lower. Please note, I will be living in the townhome too. The first level features hardwood floor living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Fully-finished lower level has a plenty of storage place, as well as laundry room, fireplace, and access to garage. The upper level features 3 bedrooms (you may choose between the two) and 2 full baths (your bedroom would not have furniture). There is a one car garage but plenty of parking available on the street. The house also has nice patio that is currently unfurnished. Utilities would include gas, electricity, water, trash, and internet (not included in the listed price). In addition, deposit for month ahead will be required. No pets, no smoking please. Background check and employment/income info is needed (please take a moment to fill out your profile).
