Discover lakeside living at its best in this beautifully updated 3-bed, 2-bath condo in the highly sought-after Waterscape community on Morse Reservoir. This spacious home offers the perfect blend of privacy and direct lake access. Step inside to an open, light-filled floorplan featuring new flooring, fresh trim work, and modern finishes throughout. The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together, creating an inviting space for everyday living or weekend gatherings. Enjoy peaceful outdoor living on your 2nd story private balcony and lower deck, positioned at the back of the community for added quiet and privacy. And the best part—this condo includes a deeded boat dock on the MAIN body of Morse, not in a cove, giving you premium water access all season long. The primary suite offers generous space, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath. Two additional bedrooms provide flexibility for guests, an office, or family needs. A dedicated laundry room and attached garage add everyday convenience. Waterscape is one of Noblesville’s favorite lake communities, offering walking paths, mature trees, and unbeatable access to Morse Reservoir while staying just minutes from local dining, shopping, and major routes. Move-in ready, extensively refreshed, and perfectly positioned for lake living — this is the one you’ve been waiting for! More photos to come soon.
What the owner loves about this home
What I’ve loved most about living here is the feeling of calm the moment you pull into the community. Being tucked toward the back gives it a private, quiet atmosphere that’s hard to find in lake neighborhoods, and it’s something I appreciated every day. Another thing that makes this spot special is the private community pond just steps away. It’s perfect for peaceful walks, watching the water in the evenings, or just clearing your head when you want something quieter than the activity on Morse. Having both the energy of the lake and the calm of the pond gives you the best of both worlds. The upper balcony has always been one of my favorite places — it feels like your own elevated hideaway where you can relax, enjoy the breeze, or start the morning with coffee before the day gets busy. The lower deck adds another great spot for grilling or having friends over. I’ve also enjoyed how easy the condo is to live in and maintain. The layout is comfortable, everything flows naturally, and the community itself is well-kept and friendly. There’s a genuine sense of space here — not cramped, not crowded, just easy. And of course, having a place where you can walk to your boat, hop on the main body of Morse, and be out on open water within minutes… that’s something I’ll always appreciate. This home has been a peaceful, convenient, and enjoyable place to live — a spot where everyday life just feels a little lighter
