Everything is convenient; shopping, food, schools, etc. Transportation is very easy, for there are many public transportations like buses and rental "biki bikes" around. Bike bikes are right outside the apartment, and bus station and ABC marts are just a block away (2 min walk). This is a 2-bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen has been updated and renovated very nicely. The fridge was recently replaced and tile floors as well. Washer, dryer, refrigerator, storage room, and basic cable are all provided, as well as hot water. Electricity is not included. Furnished with living room furniture, but not bedroom furniture. Includes parking on and off the streets. There is a pool downstairs in the lobby that is great for a relaxing day or for people over.
