Do you have any evictions or felonies in the last 5 years? Our requirements: 1. No eviction record, even if your case is dismissed. (MOST IMPORTANT). 2. Ability to pay rents on time using online payments or bank deposits. 3. Employed and making at least two times the rent a month. 4. Has a cell phone to be contactable. 5. Polite, respectful and responsible. We don't want to deal with rude and disrespectful manners. First probational lease is 6 months only and will be renewed for 12 months with the same terms and conditions past the probation period. Landlord pays water and trash. Renters only pays electricity.
