Smoking on the Premises is: -Prohibited on the Premises and Common Areas. IX. PETS. The Tenant: - Shall not have the right to have pets on the Premises or in the common areas. X. REMODELING -Remodeling cannot be made unless with the Landlord's permission. XI. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS -No mechanic works inside or outside of the house.
