Smoking on the Premises is: -Prohibited on the Premises and Common Areas. IX. PETS. The Tenant: - Shall not have the right to have pets on the Premises or in the common areas. X. REMODELING -Remodeling cannot be made unless with the Landlord's permission. XI. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS -No mechanic works inside or outside of the house. This includes the driveway. -No holes shall be made in any walls. -No more than six persons living in the home. -No business of any type should be conducted inside the home. -ID must be provided upon request of the home owner. -The home will have an inspection every 6 months with a notice by letter 48 hours ahead of time. XII. EXTRA INFORMATION -House has Dishwasher/Laundry. -House has a Hardware shed. -Garage Space Occupied By Landlord. XII. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains all the terms agreed to by the parties relating to its subject matter. The Landlord and Tenant agree to the terms and conditions and shall be bound until the end of the Lease Term. If any of the Terms and Conditions listed are disobeyed or compromised the landlord can terminate the lease.
