Smoking or lighting anything is not allowed in this property, and cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair, and there is an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace stained carpets or linens. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. If security / fire department / police fees or other costs are incurred arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150. Dishonest or abusive behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund.
