2- center A/C inside unit (The Coil unit) has to be repaired or replaced (quoted $3000) I also have the quote from a licensed AC company.
So it’s a maximum of $12k to spend in the worst case scenario, plus if you want to add a clean up and freshen the entire paints you will add another $6k that’s a total of $18k more less, to put it in the market and wait for the highest number you can get and cash out while you’re renting to recover any expenses until you re sell it !
